My name is Dan Jones. I'm 23, 6' 8" (see: way to freaking tall for my own good) and originally from Florida. I had the blessing of being raised by both parents and spent my high school (see: formative) years in Las Vegas, Nevada, where I still live, work and play. I've had an interest in music since childhood, proof of which is in the home-movies (my mother would be thrilled to show you anytime…). In high school, I had some teachers and experiences that really changed my perception of how important music was to me and it became my focus in life in various incarnations. Through high school and into the workforce, I had several romances that kindled my talents and passions for song-writing (among other things!) and after my most recent try at love, the incredible surge of inspiration it afforded me, and the encouragement of friends and family, I am pursuing my desire to be more than just some guy who writes songs for girls that don't love him by recording a demo and trying to perform professionally. Simply put, it's my dream to share my music with the world, earning the love and adoration of fans and colleagues and to continue to do what I love, sing and write.
